Last updated: 16 July 2026. This Payment Policy applies to every custom jewellery order placed through Saheehisab and is operated by Dhyaan Jewels LLP (GST: 29AANFD2529G1ZA). It should be read together with our Order Policy.
1. Token Payment — Fixing the Gold Rate
Once an order is confirmed, the customer is required to pay a token (advance) payment of 70% of the estimated price. This token payment is what fixes the gold rate applicable to the order — the rate at the moment the token is received becomes the locked-in rate for that order, protecting the customer from any rate increase between confirmation and delivery.
Production does not begin until the token payment is received in full. This ensures gold procurement happens at a known, fixed cost, and avoids disputes over rate changes during the production period.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining 30% balance of the final invoice amount is payable once the order is ready — before dispatch or in-store handover. The final invoice reflects the actual delivered gold weight (within the accepted ±5% tolerance described in our Order Policy) at the gold rate that was locked in at the time of token payment, plus applicable making charges, stone/diamond charges, and GST.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps)
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Debit/credit card
- Cash, for in-store payments at our Bengaluru showroom, subject to applicable limits under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002
Payment links, UPI details, or bank account details will be shared directly by our team once an order is confirmed. We do not accept payment through any third-party or unofficial channel — always verify payment details with us directly at +91 95094 58270 before paying.
4. Refunds
If an order is cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window described in our Order Policy, any token payment made will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Once the 24-hour window has passed, the token payment is non-refundable, as it reflects the gold rate already locked in and production/procurement already committed on the customer's behalf.
5. Invoicing & GST
A GST-compliant invoice (GSTIN: 29AANFD2529G1ZA) is issued for every order, reflecting the final gold weight, purity, making charges, stone/diamond charges (where applicable), and applicable taxes. Invoices are issued by Dhyaan Jewels LLP and shared with the customer at the time of delivery.
