Last updated: 16 July 2026. This Return & Exchange Policy applies to every custom jewellery order placed through Saheehisab and is operated by Dhyaan Jewels LLP (GST: 29AANFD2529G1ZA). It should be read together with our Order Policy.
1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours
An order confirmed by the customer can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation, with a full refund of any token payment made. Once this 24-hour window passes, the order cannot be cancelled — the gold rate has been locked in and production has already begun.
2. No Return or Exchange Once Production Begins
Because every piece is custom made to a specific order — gold procured, cast, and finished to the customer's chosen design, purity, and weight — orders cannot be returned once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed and production has started. This is standard practice for made-to-order jewellery and is disclosed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Weight & Finishing Variance Is Not Grounds for Return

These variances are inherent to handmade jewellery manufacturing, are disclosed to the customer at the time of order confirmation in our Order Policy, and are accepted by the customer as a condition of placing the order. They do not qualify as a defect and are not eligible grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Exchange for Genuine Defects
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If a delivered item has a genuine manufacturing defect — outside the accepted weight/finishing tolerance above — such as a stone falling out, a broken clasp, incorrect purity, or failure to meet BIS hallmarking standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@saheehisab.com or +91 95094 58270 with photos and your order number. Verified defects will be repaired or the piece remade at no additional cost.
