Last updated: 14 July 2026. This page is published by Seervi Gems & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U46498KA2025PTC201125, GST: 29ABPCS8890K1Z4), operator of Saheehisab, to set out our intellectual property position and the Indian regulatory frameworks applicable to this platform. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms & Conditions.
Original & Inspired Designs
Saheehisab's catalogue features jewellery designed and manufactured by Seervi Gems & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. and our network of karigars and manufacturing partners. Many pieces draw on traditional Indian craft styles and motifs — Kundan, Polki, Jadau, Temple, Meenakari, Antique/Nakshi work, and similar — that are centuries-old art forms in the public domain and are not the exclusive property of any single brand or retailer.
Where a design is described as "inspired by" a popular style or trend, this refers to broad aesthetic and craft traditions, not the reproduction of any specific registered design. We do not knowingly manufacture or sell reproductions of any design registered under the Designs Act, 2000, or any piece bearing a third party's registered trademark, logo, or proprietary house mark.
If you are a rights holder and believe a specific product listed on Saheehisab infringes a registered design or trademark you own, please contact our Grievance Officer below with your registration details (registration number and certificate) for prompt review and, where warranted, removal.
Price Comparison & Reference to Other Retailers
Saheehisab's core feature lets a customer paste a product link from any jewellery retailer's website to see a price comparison. This is performed only at the specific, individual request of that customer, for their own personal reference — Saheehisab does not bulk-scrape, store, or republish third-party catalogues for commercial resale.
Any reference to a third-party retailer's name, brand, or trademark that may appear as part of a user-submitted link or in a resulting comparison is used solely for nominative fair use — identifying the actual product being compared — as recognised under Section 30 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and comparative advertising principles under Indian law. This does not imply any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by, or of, any third-party retailer or brand. All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
Pricing Accuracy Disclaimer
All prices, weights, purity figures, and savings estimates shown on Saheehisab — including those generated via AI-assisted photo or link analysis — are good-faith estimates based on live market gold/silver rates and standard making-charge assumptions. They are provided for price-transparency and comparison purposes only and do not constitute a binding quotation, offer for sale, or valuation certificate. Customers should independently verify final pricing, weight, and purity (including BIS hallmark verification) with the jeweller before completing any purchase.
