1. About the Platform

Saheehisab is a jewellery price-transparency platform. It lets customers check whether a jewellery price quoted elsewhere is fair by comparing it against live gold/silver rates, browse a hallmarked jewellery catalogue, check a fair value for old gold exchange, and place custom jewellery orders which are manufactured through our network of manufacturing partners and karigars.

2. Account & Eligibility

Certain features — including price analysis, order placement, and Digital Gold/Saving Scheme features where applicable — require sign-in with a valid mobile number verified by OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

4. Payment Terms

A token payment of 70% of the estimated price is required to confirm an order — this is what fixes the applicable gold rate and triggers production. The remaining 30% balance is payable before dispatch or handover, based on the final invoice reflecting actual delivered weight. Full details are set out in our Payment Policy.

5. Manufacturing Tolerances

Gold weight	Up to ±5% variance between estimated and final delivered weight.
Finishing & polish	90–99% match to the reference design/finish; minor polish variation is normal.

By confirming an order, the customer expressly accepts these tolerances as a normal and unavoidable part of handmade jewellery manufacturing. They are not treated as manufacturing defects. Genuine defects outside these tolerances remain covered under our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Pricing Accuracy

All prices, weights, purity figures, and savings estimates shown on Saheehisab — including those generated via AI-assisted photo or link analysis — are good-faith estimates based on live market gold/silver rates and standard making-charge assumptions. They are provided for price-transparency and comparison purposes and do not constitute a binding quotation until an order is formally confirmed and a token payment received.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party References

Use of third-party brand names or links submitted by customers for price comparison is solely for identifying the product being compared and does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, that brand. Full details are set out in our Legal & IP Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saheehisab and Dhyaan Jewels LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or price movements in gold/silver markets prior to an order's gold rate being locked in via token payment. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
